Ring Class (1 or 2 students): You’ll learn hands on how to create gorgeous wrapped bead rings in a fun, casual environment. You will have your choice of wire, beads and tools. You don't have to bring a thing, it's ALL included! No experience is necessary.
1.5 hour Intro to Jewelry Class (1 student): You'll learn one of the most fundamental cold-connection techniques that will allow you to make beaded earrings and pendants without needing to understand metalsmithing or invest in heat tools for soldering. I provide everything you need including tools and supplies. While the end project is your choice of a pair of earrings, a bracelet or a simple pendant necklace, the technique that you learn will serve as the stepping stone to more complicated pieces. Mastering this technique gives you a solid foundation, and no experience is necessary. I'll walk you through every step.
In addition to learning to make wire-wrapped loops, you'll learn the proper way to open and close jump rings (along with what jump rings are) and you will learn how to attach ear wires. We'll cover considerations in choosing beads, and I'll teach you what to look out for when making jewelry.
2.5 Hour Ladies Night Out Ring Party (3-5 students): You’ll learn hands on how to create gorgeous wrapped bead rings in a fun, casual environment. You will have your choice of wire, beads and tools. You don't have to bring a thing, it's ALL included! No experience is necessary.
3 Hour Intro to Jewelry Class (1 student): You'll learn everything listed in the 1.5 Hour class but you will get to choose 3 projects out of your choice of a pair of earrings, a bracelet, chain bracelet or a simple pendant necklace. I can't wait to see what you make!
Classes take place in north McKinney, Texas at my home studio. For Ladies Night Out I will travel to your spot in McKinney, Allen or Plano, Texas included with the price of the class.
