Deliver to or send back to Wire We Here any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 14 days after the receipt of product. To exchange an item, simply contact Joy at the Studio to set up a time to meet and exchange for a new item.

In order to receive a refund, just return the product within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unworn, undamaged and in the same condition and packaging you received it in. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take up to 15 business days for a refund to appear on the credit card statement.
